Your Chapter Can Win a $200 Gift Certificate
to the NOW Store!
Membership across the state is down. Lets get it back up there! The Chapter that increases its membership by the highest percentage between February 1, 2008 and June 1, 2008 will receive a gift certificate to the NOW Store to use any way you please. Does your chapter need new NOW Rounds? How about matching T-shirts for your next corner demonstration? We could all use some extra Marriage Equality signs this year! The winner will be announced at the summer quarterly state council meeting.
Here’s how it works:
- Winning chapter will be determined by the numbers received from the national office.
- Winner will be determined by percentage of increase, not the actual numbers. For example, if a chapter with 30 members gets three new members, that is an increase of 10%. If a chapter with 100 members gets three new members, that is an increase of 3%.
- To be eligible, all members must be new, dues-paying members, and the state and national organizations must have received their portion.
- Members-at-large who transfer into a chapter are not eligible to be counted as a new NOW member.
- In the event of a tie, winner will be chosen by a drawing.
- The decision of the judges is final.
